“Photographer’s Choice” option - Sixtum choses the photos for you after the game is photographed so that you don’t need to look through the proofs.

“My Choice” option - you chose the photos yourself through the Photo Proofs page.

Please chose your photos within six (6) months after the event. Prepaid choices made after 6 months will be subject to a storage fee of $25. Preserving files means expensive hard drives; it is either that or deleting them, but deleting pictures is not something we enjoy doing! XD

By purchasing any photo or video service from Sixtum Pictures for a sporting event, you acknowledge and agree that you are primarily paying for our time, presence, expertise, and focused effort to identify and capture your athlete, not for any guaranteed results, minimum number of images, or specific plays. Because we do not control game flow, playing time, coaching decisions, officiating, performance, injuries, ejections, venue or sideline rules, media restrictions, lighting, weather, or any other in-game conditions, we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular moment, highlight, or outcome will be captured. A significant part of sports photography and videography involves split-second timing and unavoidable variables: key plays may occur on the opposite side of the field or court, behind officials, coaches, players, or equipment, in congested areas with no clear angle, or while we are properly positioned in anticipation of a different play. We will always use educated, experience-based judgment to position ourselves in the best reasonably anticipated locations and to make a consistent, good-faith effort throughout the event to locate and capture your athlete whenever possible, while prioritizing safety and compliance with venue rules. If your athlete plays limited minutes, remains on the bench, is injured, absent, or otherwise not in the action, or if game schedules change, games are delayed, shortened, or canceled for reasons beyond our control, this does not constitute grounds for a refund or discount. In the rare event of a confirmed technical failure solely on our part (such as complete card failure or total loss of all images from the event), our liability is limited exclusively to a refund of the session fee or, where possible, rescheduling to a future game. Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivered images are for personal use by the athlete and family, and Sixtum Pictures retains the copyright and the right to use images and footage for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.
