By booking any portrait session or event coverage with Sixtum Pictures, you acknowledge and agree that you are primarily paying for our time, presence, creative expertise, and professional effort—not for a guaranteed number of images, specific poses, reactions, or outcomes. Final results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to client punctuality, cooperation, mood, appearance, venue rules, décor, timelines, lighting, weather, crowding, and unforeseen disruptions. We cannot guarantee that every guest, family member, moment, or requested shot list item will be captured, though we will make a good-faith effort to cover key moments and follow reasonable requests when circumstances allow. Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants are informed, present, and ready at the agreed time and location; delays or no-shows do not warrant refunds or extra time unless approved by us in writing. In low-light or challenging environments, we will use our professional judgment and equipment to create the best possible images, but style, color, and editing decisions remain at our artistic discretion. In the rare event of a confirmed total technical failure solely on our part (such as complete data loss of the session), our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for that session or, where possible, rescheduling. Retainers, booking fees, and payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered images are licensed for personal use by the client, while Sixtum Pictures retains full copyright and the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.
